MID MORNING YARDWORK:

RUTH TOOK THIS OF THE DAISIES-
WE HAVE BEEN WANTING TO EXPAND THE FLOWERS OUT HERE BY THE FENCE- SO THIS MORNING CRAIG AND RUTH WORKED ON GETTING THE SOD OUT AND THEN THEY WORKED THE GROUND- RUTH DID THIS SECTION- AND THEN TRANSPLANTED 3 COLUMBINES, DAY LILIES, 2 MARIGOLDS AND 2 BLUE SALVIAS HERE-

CRAIG WORKED THIS PART UP FOR ANOTHER IRIS BED- WE WILL DIG THEM BY THE END OF THE WEEK AND PUT SOME IN HERE- WAITING FOR THEM TO FINISH BLOOMING-
I LOVE THIS OLD SIGN- SOME OF OUR RELATIVES ARE WEIRD- IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY-
AFTER THE GUYS MOVED THE GATE YESTERDAY- STEVE AND I WERE JUST A SWINGING LAST NIGHT AND I HAD A THOUGHT- MOVE THE GATE HERE AND THE TRELLIS OVER THERE- THEY DIDN'T COMPLAIN ALOT- SO THEY DID IT RIGHT AWAY AS SOON AS THE FENCE AREA WAS DONE-

CRAIG WORKING- SHHHH, DON'T TELL ANYONE, HE SAID IT WOULD RUIN HIS IMAGE OF A COLLEGE STUDENT-
STEVE INSPECTING THE BRICK JOB WE DID YESTERDAY-

CRAIG RESTING AFTER HE WORKED SO HARD- NOTICE NO SWEAT-

SPAZ FOUND A BUDDY- HER AND RUTH GET ALONG SO WELL TOGETHER- SHE WAS PURRING- CAN YOU HEAR HER?

AFTER ALL THAT- OUR FAMOUS PANCAKE CHEF CAME IN AND WHIPPED US UP A STACK AND WE ATE BRUNCH- THEN STEVE AND I HEADED BACK OUT AND WEEDED 2 MORE FLOWER BEDS- THE NEIGHBOR CAME DOWN AND VISITED- AND THEN WE CAME BACK INSIDE AND FINISHED UP DINNER- ITS ON THE STOVE WAITING- BBQ CHICKEN, EGG NOODLES AND WE NEED TO DO THE MASHED POTATOES- BUT EVERYONE WANTED TO WIND DOWN A LITTLE BEFORE WE EAT- MAYBE ANOTHER HALF HOUR- YA' ALL COME ON OVER AND WE'LL SET YOU A PLATE...
