there are tons of little shadows here today...
amid a planting of sedum...
but if you look closer...
it's full of life casting smaller shadows...
different colors uniting in beauty...
silently...
enjoying the pinks...
landing...
drinking...
in the warmth of the sun...
amid the shadows of a waning walnut tree...
hope you are having a safe and peaceful weekend...
full of rest and family and friends...
for more shadows...
Gorgeous blooms, those butterflies are a treat!

Hi: I linked over from White Wednesday. Such beautiful words in this post. Your bebe puppy is a cutie!
ReplyDeleteAmazing photos of the butterflies! They are gorgeous! I need to remember to take my camera outside with me more often, I sure would like to get some shots of the hummingbirds that visit our yard and feeder! They are so quick, that I am afraid if I run to get the camera, they will be gone! Have great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHi Tete! Wonderful photos of your flowers and butterflies!

Tete, I know what you mean....soon as it gets cold I'll have nothing but time to blog and I know people will be sick of me, too.
ReplyDeleteI will do a mini photo shoot, good idea. I want to take pictures of the whole inn to post, but I'm waiting till there's no one in the rooms and they are all made up.

Lovely shadow shots here and I love all of the butterfly photos too, I posted about the monarch butterfly in NZ today so I am more aware of butterflies now.
