a friend of mine and I have been exchanging Christmas baskets for years now...
she stopped by this morning and we did our exchange...
that's a pringles can...
it had several gifts inside and hershey kisses...
then there were hearts with vintage keys...
and broken china ornaments...
a journal to record my goofy ideas...
homemade hand lotion, lip balm (honey vanilla and chocolate) and soap...
leaf stepping stones that she made the molds from leaves in her garden...
a salt scrub...
a big cube with a swirly wire on top to hold a recipe, note, photo or card...
I love it all...
and all the lotions and scrubs are toxin free...
Happy White Wednesday!
and from my heart to yours...
a most blessed Merry Christmas to you and all you love...
Hello! Was trying to get to your blog from Kathleen's, but you put her IP address in the first line instead of yours! I did the same thing the first time I joined up! Thought you might want to try again! Merry Christmas!

You have a wonderfuol friend. All those gifts are great. I especially like, the leaves. Wish she had some of mine. My yard is full of some the most colorful ones ever.

ReplyDeleteThe first thing I noticed was Count down to SPRING!!!!!!!!! Yeeeeeesssssss I say to that. (88 DAYS) Our local news says we could have a White Christmas. We still have snow on the ground here but I do like snow on Christmas. It makes it so magical.
ReplyDeleteWhat nice gifts for you...love that pink flower! Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful gifts, Tete! I think hand crafted presents are the best, because so much thought an love went into their making! I would never have guessed that was a Pringles can! What an awesome idea (and a good excuse to buy some!). I love the hearts, and those stepping stones are gorgeous! Of course I love bath and body anything, so the lotion and other goodies sound like a real treat! What a sweet friend!!
ReplyDeleteThat's just a lovely Christmas tradition. I must say that's the most adorned Pringles can this Ozark Farm Chick has ever laid eyes on girl! It's just unbelievable beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGod bless ya'll and have an amazing Christmas sweetie!!!

ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful things from your friend. She knows you well, I can tell...I love your stuff. You must have been just overjoyed looking at all those lovely things. Who would have ever thought a Pringles can could look like that? Not Me! xxoo Diana
ReplyDeleteHi Tete. I made something for my niece and nephew last year in a pringle can. I filled it up with school supplies and some candies. It is a clever idea for recycling your old cans. Cute one that Sherry had made you. It is so nice of her to exchange gift with you.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas and HappY Holidays to you and yours.

"Oh You Lucky Girl"!!! I LOVE it all, BUT my favorite is the "KEYS". I'm always drawn to antique keys, and these are SO darling on the heart pillows!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and yours!!!

Beautiful homemade gifts. I deleted your first entry and don't worry about it. I've set up the linky quite a few times now and still have to rethink what I'm doing each week. It's an easy fix and I'm just glad you could play along.
ReplyDeleteTake care,
Kathleen

What fabulous gifts, Tete! I can tell that both of you are girly girls!!! And creative too. I love the lotions/soaps. There is nothing like a handmade gift to show you care. So sorry about your uncle, Tete.
