some more sweet images for you to use to decorate or make cards with...
it's overcast and rainy today...
the sun pops out every now and then...
Robbie taking his walk...
rain makes the grass green...
and it intensifies the colors...
but the best thing rainy days are for...
are naps...
and eating...
and blogging...
watching movies...
just hanging out and getting the laundry done...
watching a gardening show filmed at Mt Vernon about fig plants...
and making fig jam out of home grown figs...
now they are talking about tomatoes and how to stake them...
I have my chairs!
there is one garden that has a center flower bed in the shape of a heart...
with the cutest little path all the way around it...
but I like the idea of having the center open to place a bird bath...
or a statue...
fun, fun, fun,
28 more days until spring!
the time to plan is NOW!
have a good day!
Spring is almost here for sure. Have the windows open here in Florida today too. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Tete Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteI am so thrilled to see you out and about today. I pray everything is going well. Thinking about your sweet Daddy and MIL.
Your gardens will be so beautiful. I can't wait to see what you plant and what pops up from previous plants.
I love seeing little Robbie walking about the yard. He is so precious. Love that little critter.
Your swing looks so inviting. I can just see us both of sitting there, swinging and just laughing and visiting. What are you cooking for dinner today? I can smell something good.
It is raining here today as well. We have had rain all night long. It is a soft rain, but it is so cool outside today. I am staying indoors. My voice can't take the damp.
Hope you are doing well sweetie. Many hugs and SO much love, Sherry
it is not raining in charleston? sun is out, does not feel that warm, should of stayed in st louis suppose to be 70 i could have the top down on the car!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy a restful sunday!
It’s definitely coming soon. I just love how rain turns the grass green--it’s like magic. Hope you had a great weekend. I’ve had family in and it was a great time :)
ReplyDeleteYou look closer to spring than we do here in WI, Tete~ I always thought we were on a par with Ohio...but I do believe you warm up before we do. I am snagging that first one for my new screen saver. Love it and thank you- Diana
ReplyDeleteDear Tete,
ReplyDeleteI love this post...and how you tell a story with your pictures.
I adore your mail box that looks like it is attached to a doll buggy...you could keep garden gloves, a trowel and things like that in there.
Praying for you, your dad and mil.
hugs
Simply Debbie
