we were in the 70s today...
begonia hanging on, even after a frost or two...
still not a bad enough frost to put the blooms to sleep...
picked up some of the summer things out of the beds today...
smelled some roses...
saw 2 bees...
can you believe this?
the nuts are all down and the squirrels have been busy...
spent some time on that bench soaking up some rays...
in a short sleeved t-shirt...
just lovely out today...
and there's a monarch butterfly...
saw a small yellow one, too...
still have leaves, but they are falling fast...
the thermometer is stuck on 100...
it was warm out, but not that warm...
Bebe playing dead...
he doesn't do it very well...
well, November sure came in warm...
wonder how she will go out...
it sure feels more like April here...
snooping around to see what's still green every day...
but, green or not...
the pots are getting dumped this weekend...
right into the flower beds...
crops are 99% in...
plowing almost done...
they have had good weather this fall...
and so far around here, it's been a safe harvest...
DH just came through the door...
see you later!
What a great post, Tete! I can't believe the weather you are having! Send some my way, would you?
ReplyDeleteI need to get outside and put everything to bed, too. Hope to do some of that this weekend!
Hope you have a wonderful evening- xo Diana
I agree! At one point today I drifted and thought it was a beautiful spring morning! It was actually warm sitting on the front porch.

P.S. No, I wasn't totally honest...I don't only love your blog background--I'm coveting it! lol
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Tete Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful share. I felt as though I could have sat on that bench with you for hours and chatted away. The sun peeking through the leaves on that tree is so gorgeous, you captured that one beautifully. An awesome photo.
Loved seeing the roses still hanging on and those butterflies. They appeared to be giving one last smile before Fall takes over and they all go to sleep somewhere else warmer.
We are still having beautiful 90 plus weather. I love this time of year.
Hope you are feeling better sweet friend. Have a gorgeous day. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
Hi dear heart! You pictures and weather are beautiful. And the music always matches perfectly to the post.
ReplyDeleteIt was 80 here yesterday, but tonight we are to have a cold front dropping into the 30s with highs in the 50s tomorrow. I want my mid-70 degree days back!
SO pretty. I love these photos! Making me smile! ENjoy your day!
