this is up along the rail road...
it was a great sunny day, little on the chilly side...
but so fall...
feeling so much better tonight...
DH has the whole weekend off...
it's the first one in quite awhile...
and we are so thankful that we all got through harvest safe...
there is so much we could do this weekend...
but not going at hard...
we will get done what we get done and the rest can wait until next weekend...
after supper, DH and I drove 8 miles south to the deli and picked up a few things...
the drive was so nice and we watched the last bit of light leave the sky...
I am so glad to have him back...
;)
have a great weekend...
enjoy your family...

ReplyDeleteHi Tete Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteSounds like you all are in for a wonderful weekend. Some times we just have to take that time and slow down and smell the roses. We are all so busy these days, I love it when we have a little extra time off and can spend it together.
If Tony and I can just get through Monday - Wednesday of this next week then we will be off Thursday -Sunday. Trying to hang on a few more days.
We are having some rain tonight here in the valley and cooler temps. It feels like a real Fall evening to me tonight, and I love the sound of thunder.
Have a great weekend with your family sweetie. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
You two deserve a quiet weekend just to spend together. Sounds like good weather this weekend to be outside and soak up some sun.
