some of the pots that were painted the last few days...
columbine...
so tall...
I think we moved this here last year from one of the other beds...
here is a pot I did Sunday...
love the white pots now...
peonies are closer to opening and with the temps now- in the 90s as we speak- they should open soon...
iris need to be dead headed already, but have other things on my mind...
buds are still tight but showing some red here...
the front bed...
may not be room to add very much but would still like to get some lilies in here if we can...
how do you hide the lighter fluid bottle???
I use dianthus...
I won't let them store it in the shed, just too hot in there...
not close to the fire pit either...
I would rather it sat in the neighbor's yard, but that could get a little funky...
been messing with this this morning...
needs more blooms, but waiting on the pots to dry before the painting can begin...
Craig washed out a couple long planter boxes this morning and I think they are going to be so cool here in colors other than hunter green...
ok- celery green...
this was that blue ocean...
but with a few things going that color and I think a pale green is pretty, so we did this just to change things up a bit...
still have more to plant..
did this pot just a bit ago...
yellow snap dragons and purple petunias...
tucked a few more things in here...
and there you go...
while we were out there...
the egg man came...
yeah. ours delivers...
nice brown, farm fresh eggs with the poop..
I love the color...
and they are good eating, too...
not moving so good today...
stiff and sore...
but that means there's progress...
so off I go for PT...
you all have a good day...
and for those of you still waiting on your bloomers to start partying at your house...
its coming...
and sooner than you think!
You mean my bloomers are on the way to a party? I hope they take me with them!!!
ReplyDeleteLove all your pretty plantings, Tete. And, I love that soft, soft green youo are using. Hubby loves the old dark (Hunter) green...and I just spray painted a couple of things that color for him...gotta compromise a bit. xo Diana
Tete, No wonder you are sore, working like you've been. Love the watering can. Your flowers are so pretty !! Smiles, Susie
