we got s*#@...

well, I guess one more time is ok...

as long as we can get to the hospital in the morning...

the roads are terrible and visibility is nothing...

flat ground = a lot of blowing and drifting...
even with no more snow falling, what we do have will blow like a blizzard...

can you see me now?
I watched out the window as Craig took photos outside...
he threw a snowball at me...
good thing the window didn't break...

and DH made it home ok this afternoon...
we had much worse snows than this in Ohio, and we got around ok...
but the people here are crazy!
they want to do 55 no matter what...
you just can't do that...
they do not plow and salt here either like they did in Ohio...
they only salt major intersections and bridges...
that's it...
but one good thing is that it doesn't last long here...

tomorrow is the big day...
they better not send me home again...
but its ticked off and he may have to cut me open...
I did so well for so long, but they just waited too long...

thank you so much for all your prayers on our behalf...
I am taking Him with me tomorrow...
and holding His hand as the day unfolds...
I will let you know as soon as we can...
they will keep me awhile, and if all is well I get to come home...
if I am sick and not doing so hot, they might keep me overnight...
so, until then...
;)
hugs

  1. Tete, I just wanted you to know that I would be praying for you and DH. I know that it is stressful with the weather like it is and all. You try not to worry, but we all do regardless. You will be in my thoughts and prayers tomorrow that everything goes well. Praying that you get home soon and feeling so much better. My daughter will be going through gall bladder surgery. She has an appointment to see the surgeon. Take care. Many Hugs and Prayers are coming your way from Your Missouri Friend.

  8. I am praying hard. I love your obstacle quote here. You are a charming friend and I love my visits with you. Get well soon!
We are getting buried in snow. NO pun intended. Trying to have a light moment, My oldest sons friends Albert (Bubba) and Nicolette are burying their five month son today. May God be with them. A tragedy in life we do not understand. Please pray for them. They also have a two year old daughter. Hugs Anne
