furever homes...

got a couple of new birds at the feeders...
have no clue what they are, but they are so pretty...
this one is black and white with a red throat...

the bridge in place...
we were going to work on this this morning, but its raining here today...

Bebe trying to catch up on a walk yesterday..

the peonies are budding...
and the iris are shooting up buds...

I can't wait!

this one is the darkest purple ever...

we were just working out here 2 days ago and nothing was in sight then...

new growth on a baby shrub...

one bud on the rose bush!

my little girl is going to be covered in soft pink roses soon...

break time...

I put the lamp on the kitchen table yesterday and we worked in here until I couldn't do it anymore...
had a migraine yesterday...

and here is the other new one...
he or she is so dark!

the babies...

the left us yesterday after supper...

their new family...
they were all so excited and started bonding right away...
these were some very well behaved little boys and so sweet...
they live on a farm, and they knew how to handle little ones...
they have chickens at home, too...
you should see their new digs...
they have a huge bathroom to themselves when they are not out playing with the family...
the dad had bought everything they needed and it was all set up ready to go...
they posted pics last night, and I don't think they miss us at all...
;)...
oh, well...
that's the job we do...
so someone else can step in and have the best baby ever...
every hour of sleep lost, every bottle made, butt wiped and cage cleaned...
not to mention the snuggles and purrs...
is all worth it when you see them move on with people who love them as much as you did...

got rain today, too...
so we cleaned the living room from top to bottom...
walls, ceiling fan(gross) and even the curtains took a spin the washer!
going to try to get a quick walk in...
later!
;)

  1. Like I said earlier what is sweeter that 3 little boys with 3 little kittens ...the love will go both ways!

  2. You are lucky to see those birds! I've only seen each of them once. The first one is a rose breasted grosbeak and the second is an indigo bunting! They're beautiful!

  3. How ambitious you have been on a rainy day, Tete! You have just reminded me to remember our ceiling fan the next time I am motivated to consider cleaning.:-) That doesn't happen too often.:-)

  6. Send me some of whatever you are taking to get all that energy. I need to go see if my peonies are up doing anything.
