here are the doves!
they have made it so far...
I got some shadow shots yesterday late afternoon...
I had to fight the cats for the window...
nobody was looking out until I grabbed my camera...
and my supper...
the guys had beef manhattans again, but mine was turkey...
and yes, I cut my crusts off...
found out when I had to watch my sugar that...
2 pieces of bread with the crusts off has less carbs and sugars than a half of a piece with the crusts on...
the other one that's coming...
another storm...
and then another one on the next weekend...
its just not allowed in March...
18 days until spring???
I'm not holding my breath...
;)
helped the old man with his pt last night...
take notes here...
1) anyone over 50 should not fall down
2) anyone over 50 should not fall down on hard surfaces
3) no one should ever break an elbow
4) anyone over 50, who falls down, on a hard surface. and breaks his elbow. (whew), should not ask his wife to help him do his pt
I don't mind helping...
I think I might have helped too much...
he wasn't ready for me...
I want to see that thing bend backwards...
yeah, it doesn't go that way even broke...
who knew?
;)
remember all the times you did pt on me?
and when I complained it was too much?
what'd you tell me?
I think it was something like...
'suck it up, buttercup'
I love karma...
;)
I just want him better faster...
that's my story and I'm stickin' to it...
have a super fun day!
;)
Love the shadow shots, and yes, go look out the window and every breathing thing joins you, elbowing for a position.
ReplyDeleteYes, btdt with elbow and pt, and all the complaining with how rough you are. But the pretty p therapist didn't get those same complaints, lol.
Of course the kitties didn't want to look out the window, until you did. Hehhhh... "Ain't" it the way? ,-)
ReplyDeleteOK, he did break something. But he didn't have to have surgery. Do lots of PT. OK, I've been wondering about exactly what he "did" to it. Ahemmm, if you explained in detail... And I somehow missed it.... Don't tell me.... LOL. It will just prove how dense I'm getting. And I really don't need any more, such proof!! -pout-
-sigh- I'm not even going to "address" more snow. Us too. When I have an appoint. out of town. Ding-dang-damn-it!!!!!! I am so sick of watching the weather reports. Grrrrrrrr.......
Oppps, I did "address" the snow! -sigh-
Gentle hugs,
Tessa~
Purrrrrrrrrrdy new blog look.... Very old fashioned looking, to me. :-)))))
ReplyDeleteGentle hugs,
Tessa~
You do the best photos, Tete. I love your bits and pieces of everyday life!
ReplyDeleteLOL- Just imagine YOU in charge of PT. OMG- I am picturing whips and leather here....lol Hope he gets full mobility back soon.

Tete, I am still laughing. I bet you had your husband bent around like a Gumby. That man will never fall down again. :):)
ReplyDeleteYuck, more snow and ice...I am totally sick of it. We are to start getting it this weekend. But I was sure hoping it would be the last one this year. Tete, it makes me worry for so many with the thaws to come later. Hopefully things will thaw slowly.
Take care and stay safe, xoxo,Susie
