hump day....

it was a very wet day out...
freezing rain through the night turned to rain all day long...

and the birds loved the melting...
they found some long lost bird seed...

covered an old journal to use in my online selling...
kind of crazy keeping track of it all and who it goes to and how you get it to them...

bought a new light off of an old friend online, too...
and its perfect for the playroom...
I didn't think I wanted it, so when she came down on the price...
I thought Doug could use it...
but he's not getting it...
sorry, Doug...

so then I did a photo shoot with it to see how they came out without the flash...
and the colors are true...
easter candy has entered the building...

another online find...

this is going to be a great place to take photos of things I need to get rid of...
I know a lot of people have been doing this for a long time...
but its new for me...

I'm not getting rich yet...
but at least I am paying for what I am buying with it!

going to be cold, cold, cold!
staying in and keeping busy...
they are teasing us by saying we could be in the 50s by this time next week...
can it be so?
;)
have a super fun day!

  3. Tete, I am keeping busy...but the fun part is lacking. I love your journal front...that little girl cutting the cat's hair...I am surprised my girls didn't do something like that. I do know Liz once cut the cat's whiskers. Mmmmm chocolate...that's good anytime. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

  4. finding a white-white-white light, is a find!!!! it is so hard to "show" things, as they really are.

sometimes, the ambiance effect of "golden" light is pleasing. sometimes it is not.

lucky you, to have gotten this lamp!!!

    gentle hugs,
    Tessa~

  5. Hi Tete, Love your light and it's perfect in your playroom.
Your pics of the snow are pretty, but I know you've got to be done with it.
We are heading into another ice storm with bitter color temps for us.
    So ready for spring.

Best wishes on your selling. You will do great and love it. Thank you for stopping by and comments while I've been away.
Trying to catch up today with everyone. Love your sweet little bears below and all your creations.
Stay warm and enjoy the Easter candy.

    Hugs, CM

  6. I told NanaDiana I was headed over here next so here I am! I saw that hump day and smiled! Last Thursday my middle and I went to the F R E E Day at the Denver Zoo. Those camels always get me to smile. They are such odd looking critters! God must really have a sense of humor!
Always enjoying your shares. You sure put up a sweet display. Always fun to say hello and hope you come visit me soon too.
Stay safe and warm. we all seem to be struggling with the cold, crummy weather. But fortunately Spring would be here soon, hurry Spring, hurry.....

    Hugs, Anne

  7. I didn't know you were selling on line, Tete! You will have so much fun with it. Are you on Etsy? Love your blog background. Sure would love to have 50 degree temps here. We were complaining in Savannah at 50, now it sounds like a heat waye!!
