another busy weekend, but just your typical inside work...
the leaves are falling here and we did get a smidgen of rain yesterday morning...
the beans are starting to turn already and the walnuts are half bare here...
got us some 90s going on this week after the 70s from last...
and then dropping back down after labor day...
neighbor caught herself a possum Sunday night and have the trap set again...
the autumn clematis is in full bloom here now...
and its all over town...
DH has a 5 day weekend coming up...
just trying to get caught up and doing some things ahead of time...
we saw some horses grazing over the weekend on our drive...
won't be long and our drives will come to a stop while harvest happens...
got much to do before then, but he also needs to rest up, too...
they will probably start taking corn in next week...
looking forward to some pumpkin ice cream...
and of course, decorating for Halloween...
its going to be fun this year...
have a good day
;0)
Are possums "bad"?
ReplyDeletePretty Autumn photos.. It's here!!!! :-))))
Tete, Love your pictures. I wish I had that clematis here. I just adore that scent. Pumpkin ice cream is one my all time favorite flavors. My daughters and I used to walk to a little shop in our town in the fall to buy it. I miss those fun days. Blessings to you, xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteA possum, well we caught one once not before we caught a poor dachsund first! that was at 1515 when we had racoon visitors.
Hard to believe that Autumn is rapidly approaching. Those white flowers are so pretty. What did your friend do with the Possum, poor thing looks scared. - Nice shots of the horse too.
