guess who popped in for breakfast a few days ago?
look at that heavy coat he's sporting...
named him Oliver...
but in case Oliver comes back later with a bunch of babies...
it will be Olivia...
LOVES sunflower seeds...
just hung out with the birds and squirrels...
and we made a Paris run Wednesday night for groceries and to eat supper...
stopped at the new Dollar Tree over there...
and I found a few things...
mercury glass candle holder...
using it for a pencil holder...
these magnetic large "spice" containers...
one is for bay leaves...
the other 2...
I am going to put screws in one and nails in the other and stick them on the side of the file cabinet on the deck...
quick projects can be done that much faster now when we don't have to get into the shed and dig for them...
a couple of easter cards for some older friends of mine...
one is in a nursing home and the other is home bound most of the time now...
neither one married or has children of their own...
so I adopted them...
cuticle cutter!
and it works great!
best thing for hang nails, too!
bunny shakers just because they were cute...
I am not using them as shakers!
I will go out and pick little violets from my yard and poke them in the holes...
mini bunny vases!
and I have started playing around...
its time to get our Easter on!
I have had a much better week than the last one...
glad that one is over and things have passed...
(pun intended)
both guys off tomorrow!
I just hope we feel like doing something around here!
beside lay around and eat and then have to nap...
geez...
you would think we had all the time in the world!
NOT!
Craig's girlfriend from Canada will be here on the 13th!
we must be ready!
wish me luck with that...
Have a most wonderful weekend and hope the sun is shining where you are!
Tete, Hope you are feeling much better. I smile every time you say you've been to Paris. I would have to have my picture taken by the city sign. LOL. Ewweee, that is a big rat in a fur coat. LOL. Love your Easter things. It will be interesting for you to have Craig friend visiting. At least you will get to know her too. Blessings, hope your weather is as pretty as ours this weekend. xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteWhat a fuzzy fellow. - They visit here often to eat the cat food we leave out. Cute Easter stuff. I need to get mine out this week.
