oh, my...
got up at 4am...
still working on my Rx insurance...
got an early morning call coming today...
praying this takes care of it...
no other plans...
just gonna wing it...
DH has an eye appointment this afternoon...
pretty sure he needs new glasses...
I don't know much this morning...
but I do know we are one more day closer to spring!
and that's a good thing!
so what are you doing on a Wednesday?
going through seed catalogs?
purging from your stash of treasures?
reading a good book?
running errands?
let me know...
love hearing about your days!
blessings to you and yours!
Good morning Tete, I am on my second cup of hot coffee and am sitting at my kitchen table looking outside at the bird feeders. Today is cloudy but I won't complain because February weather has been very kind so far. We live 30 minutes from town so tomorrow will be an errand day with appointments. Today, though, is a catch up day. I have to wear a bone machine on my back for two to four hours a day so I am plugged in and still wearing my soft warm nightgown, granny style but feels so good. I am pretty caught up with my chores so not much on that list today. Yesterday we found out that my aunt has cancer and her leg needs amputated. She has chosen hospice, she is 81, and is finally resting with pain meds and is moving to a care facility today. I am heartbroken, but also accepting that the winter of life brings loss. Please say a prayer for her and hope that her days of severe pain are over. I am having a hard time finding onion sets, but hope to plant the small bed against our house with radishes, peas, and beets by Valentine's Day if possible. Yesterday I was so stiff, planting would not have been an option. Remind me to do my stretches everyday, even when I don't want to... blah...blah...blah. I hope you are doing well. Sounds like DH is getting out and the boys are doing well. Prayers for you and your boys, may we all have an awesome day today! ~jackiesee~
ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to your aunt, Jackie. That's a tough one.
ReplyDeleteSitting with my Bucky around my neck. I had a brain fart as my husband calls it and decided I should back into the garage and unload the groceries closer to the back door. Well, that didn't work! Almost closed the garage door down on top of the front of the car because I didn't back in far enough. Imagine what a crushed front of the car and the crushed garage door would have cost. I had a hard time backing in and strained my neck. I'm laughing at myself now. I'm my best audience. I think maybe I entertain the Lord too. "Angels, come over here and look what she's up to today. And move the car back a couple of inches for her."
On serious side, my husband got some bad medical news. I prayed and the Lord told me to sit on His lap and expect good. He'd see to it. He keeps it basic with me.
It snowed this morning, now raining. Yeah! We can use the moisture here in Albuquerque. I'm going to spend the day reading mysteries and eating inappropriate things. I'll be good tomorrow. I think. ;)
