got up this morning with a pinched nerve under my shoulder blade...
heating pad, hot shower and massage day...
Doug came up and he cut my hair for me...
Craig and I sat out on the benches on the porch for a little while...
we started new PT exercises yesterday, working on the upper body...
and I think they got the best of me...
went through them slowly today trying to get it all worked out...
it is better than it was this morning...
but it hurts to type or sit here...
so I will catch up with you later...
keep Marydon's husband, Harold, in your prayers today...
I haven't heard how he did this morning...
check Blushing Rose blog for more details...
I may be back on a little tonight...
or it may be tomorrow...
keep up the exercises and soon u will be better
ReplyDeleteTake care and hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteSorry to here you aren't feeling well. I have been to the chiropractor twice this month, with lower back problems. Take care of yourself! Lezlee
ReplyDeleteA massage always works for me when I get a pinched nerve.. I hope it works itself out Tete!

Hi Tete-thanks for those tips. I'm going to try them. I like the "on the chair and on the floor" aspect. No matter what I do, the room looks terrible, but I never tried those angles.
ReplyDeleteThanks, you are the best!

Sorry to hear you are not feeling up to par. We have to understand there are just some things we should not try. I have worked all day in my yard, and can hardly move. Ache and pains everywhere. I do not exercise each day as I should. Trust you are feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteTete- Sorry to hear you are not your usual sassy self! I hope that all your aches and pains are gone by tomorrow. Did you get a BOWL cut? lol Hugs- Diana
