but no rain...
and we could really use it...
peonies beginning to open...
lots of roses going on...
and lots of weeding to do this weekend...
going to move a few things around and get some more cleaned up...
I cannot keep up with the seed pods this year...
they are in almost every shot today...
bean greens...
we planted all contender beans this year...
DH and I took Charlie for a walk this evening and then after supper...
we sat in the side yard...
I have been sitting on my butt out there sifting the pea gravel...
and picking all the junk out of it...
this is what I got tonight...
a few more areas to go...
but he can rest and we talk and listen to the birds sing...
and someone likes it outside, too...
he likes checking out all the noises in the neighborhood...
he knows the neighbors now...
he played with Hermie...
and he just likes to sit and watch me work...
he fits right in with the rest of the guys here!
;0)
he is so special...
so loving...
and I cannot get enough of his cuddles...
I hope he doesn't outgrow that...
have a great night...
heading to the surgeon tomorrow...
and hopefully, get some relief...
;0)
I don't think he will ever outgrow the cuddles, what a beautiful post!
ReplyDeleteOh-Tete- Your gardens look just wonderful. I wish I had mine as weed free as yours is! It looks great!

ReplyDeleteI doubt Charlie will outgrow the cuddle stage, he is so happy now, and loves his mom, so he will forever love you.

Tete, Wishing you luck at the surgeons. I'll be thinking of you. Your gardens are looking so pretty too. That little Charlie is doing fine, isn';t he? Blessings to all, xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteTete I love your gardens! Charlie is adorable, he looks so relieved and happy! He found love!,!! Hope all goes well at the surgeon. I am still struggling with pain management due to nausea, but the days are getting better. They told me to expect a four week recovery and I agree. No lifting at all, that means baskets of laundry,, etc. I'm just running short on patience today. Give Charlie extra hugs today!
ReplyDeleteTete,
ReplyDeleteYour garden looks gorgeous.
I love it.
I wish I had more time to be out in the dirt during the day.. right now it's impossible with the baby its too HOT, but once hubby gets home I am out the door.
I can't wait till she can walk and help me pick up dry leaves.
Charlie gets cuter and cuter...:)
