Oh I remember when this first aired, Tete-I thought it was one of the funniest things I had ever seen. Of course, I grew up on a farm and my mother raised turkeys for us and neighbors/relatives for Thanksgiving. When that aired, my husband had NO idea what was so funny. Being a city boy he didn't realize that turkeys couldn't fly!! Splat!!!! hugs- Diana
ReplyDeleteThose were the days when Tv was actually was funny. I got to watch some of the repeat. Now they have captions on them. I know when I watched "Happy Days" I forgot how funny the show was. This show was one of my favorite too.

LOL, Tete, I remember this episode too and hubby and I were just laughing about this the other day. Yes, I think it is one of the classic sit com episodes!
