just throwing in some more of the car show photos up here today...
got to the dr on time yesterday morning after a really bad start to the day...
the big D...
anyone with IBS knows how scary it is to go out in public when that hits...
but, I went anyway and was feeling as sick as I get with this pinched nerve thing going on...
he checked the lump on the spine and wasn't concerned at all with it...
probably a fatty cyst thing...
but if its pinching things, its gotta come off of there...
so see the surgeon on Thursday...
(by the way, he is back from Afghanistan!)
then he sent me for blood work and stomach xrays to make sure there was no intestinal blockage there...
and it was clear...
tried to tell him I blew the toilet away before heading out to see him...
all the tests were fine...
we had a super DJ for the car show...
he's Craig's friend's brother...
he did a wonderful job playing oldies rock and roll...
so fitting and having music on the square was just fun...
so, Thursday, the surgeon...
then later this month...
I have to see a tummy doctor at Terra Haute...
a specialist...
yippee...
you know what they do...
uh huh...
hoping this cyst thing removed will take care of that and I can call and cancel that appointment...
hanging low today...
too many busy days for me in a row...
got to slow down before I crash completely and it takes weeks to get back on my feet...
;0)
have a fun day...

Basically good news... Even if no one wants to have to see more docs. But you HAVE to take care of that pinched nerve.
Tessa
I have to tell you this. Even if no one wants unsolicited 'advice.'
For YEARS I suffered with all the IBS stuff. For years.
Went lactose free... Went all gluten free... I have NO more IBS.
Can get away with a little lactose, if I take stuff like 'Lactaide'...
Can not eat any GLUTEN. No help, for that.
Yes, I miss a lot of gluten. I miss real breads. I miss my own delicious pie crust. etc.
But it comes down to..... Quality Of Life.
Once I removed all those IBS horrors, from my life, it became easy to be cool, with removing gluten from my life. And removing all the dairy-I-might-want, from my life.
IBS is not only hard to live with. ("when will I have to poop???") It also HURTS.
All I can do is tell you, I removed that when-will-I-have-to-poop??? thing, from my life. I removed all the other IBS pain, from my life.
Please..... Consider....
Hugs,
Tessa
I know about that pinched nerve feeling, hurts like heck and makes everything difficult.
Hang in there, hope the cyst or lumb or whatever gets taken care of.
