the rest of the weekend finds...

a long brown, corduroy pillow...
got it at a rummage sale, with the other buttons...
I can sew them back on this week...

rummage sale find...

and another rummage sale find...
the little star says out on the other side...
I think I might hang this on the front door this year...

Dollar General...
green and purple lights...
I always use purple, but haven't seen the green before...
I do not like orange...

rummage sale find...
for a candle...

Dollar General on clearance...
just over a dollar...
I bought one of these in a smaller size last year and paid almost $7 for the little one...

rummage sale finds again...
santa light and some greenery...

Dollar Tree...
candles...
large ones...

and at the Dollar General...
I picked up a coupon keeper and a new address book...
my other one is decades old and so needs updated...

and a couple of movies for $1 each at the rummage sale...
I got them for Craig, but we will watch them, too...
we can watch these when we get snowed in this winter...

and I think that about wraps up all the new stuff that got hauled in here over the weekend...
well, there is the 400 set of white lights from the rummage sale...
and a banquet table and card table with 2 chairs that we got for Christmas Is A Child...
need to pick those up, too, this weekend...

so there you go...
there is another post after this one of the babies that I put up this morning, too...
can you tell its one of my alone days?
I get so much more done when they guys are gone...
on here anyway...
so, I am running a little behind and need to get my shower...
and probably dressed...
you know how it is...
;)

as promised...

baby photos!
the first bunch here is Myra's 4...
they were 2 weeks old on Saturday...
eyes open and starting to move around...

just beginning to get their milk teeth...
I can feel them under the gums...

we need to handle them a bit more...

since we got the other babies in, we have left these little ones to mom...

took one out this weekend to check on them and it hissed at me...

mom had done such a great job taking care of them...

they are huge for their age...

and so healthy...

and this little girl is Hazelnut...

and she is so photogenic...

she knows how to pose already...

and stick her tongue out...
and she has been adopted...
and named...
Doug's girlfriend's daughter is getting her...

and now for the 5 that came in really sick...
this one is ornery...
big time...
DH's little buddy...

isn't that the sweetest face?
she is small but strong willed...

this little guy, and pardon the dirty face...
is fierce when he eats...
but then wants to cuddle as soon as he is full...
crawls right up me and nestles in...

this is my sickly one now...
she is just not doing as well as the others...
but she and the little one are already chomping the hard kitten food in between bottles...

and this siamese mix is the largest one by a long shot...
very healthy and strong and ahead of the others by so much...
he can play with balls and strings...
the others just are not there yet...
they came in such bad shape...
its taking a bit longer with them...
keeping them on slop in the bottle for awhile longer...
they need the extra nutrition so bad...

and that's our crowd now...
the goal is to have these last five ready to go and out of here by this coming weekend...
;)

have a good day...
