after supper last night, we headed for the deck, but it was too hot...
so we ventured out into the yard...
its been 6 weeks now since it was mowed...
Craig and Mr Wiggles...
Bebe...
Daphne joining in...
all gathered to wait...
to see if these would turn dark for us...
but they clouds went through and the sun came back out...
and not a drop again...
there's another chance this weekend...
come on fall!

I pray for rain for you, and us. I've given up on everything outside, except a couple of flowers.
Yard has been mowed 1 time in mid-May, and not since.
Yesterday, I saw a bird trying to drink out of the hummingbird feeder, he stayed a long time, and I went out and used an old pan to put water on the fence for them. Spread some seed in the feeders.
