ranging in the 90s today and tomorrow...
we had some very high winds move through here early yesterday morning...
it beat things up a bit but nothing too bad...
and no storm out of it...
these were tossed about, but still look ok...
there were 5 tornadoes out of that system that stayed way north or here...
with all the rain we have had, we had to water the container plants...
I am on day 3 of a pretty nasty flair, but each day, it is easing up...
I will be picking green beans on Friday...
we've got 5 baby tomatoes now, too...
and the peppers are starting to make...
day lilies are opening everywhere but here...
mine are always the last ones to open...
I need to work on the weeding after the hot is done...
except this one...
I'm leaving this one...
and I checked on the baby robins last night...
they are gone, and couldn't find any on the ground...
the nest is pretty much destroyed by the winds...
but those crazy robins build some pretty shabby homes...
DH has a birthday on Friday...
the big 6 0!
taking him out for breakfast on Saturday morning...
and then to get his driver's license renewed...
Craig will have to drive us there...
since they expire on Friday...

Your flowers look so pretty! Yeah, those tornadoes were just south of us in Grundy Co. It was windy and stormy, but not too bad.
Tete, Our second batch of babies robins flew away the next day after the storm...I checked to see if they made it thru and they had. Your plants look good. I hope you get back to feeling good and feisty again. My ankles are killing me today. Had a miserable night after two days of carrying lifting , raking cutting this darn hickory tree. I will truly miss the great shade we got from it. But we will have to plant another tree soon. Blessings dear friend, xoxo,Susie

Stay safe in the bad weather. Hugs and Blessings, cm
