I Am His...

I am sick also now...

going to be a mending kind of week...

happy first day back to work for some of you...

kids are heading back to school...

Not sure if 2023 went out with a bang or 2024 just couldn't wait to get here...

I had to call 911 yesterday morning for DH...

called a neighbor to come help...

called Craig home from work...

He has not been feeling well at all...

got up from the table and just fell to the floor...

he managed to get up on his own before the neighbor got here...

his pulse was 49 so I called 911...

he's been on a low sodium diet since the stent was put in...

and with not feeling well and sweating out a fever...

he got so dehydrated so fast...

we know the paramedics here...

they help with the toy drive...

so they were right here and took him to the er...

they ran 2 bags of fluids in him and sent him home...

Craig ran to pick him up...

it took a few more hours, but he is almost back to normal...

tired, worn out...

but he is ok...

God is good...

I have walked away and come back a few times...

but He never, ever left me...

if you have walked away from Him...

come back now...

He's right where you left Him...

Just do it...

There is something healing about being creative...

it calms the soul...

it can take you to a happy place...

and we should be less critical of ourselves and others...

we need to encourage each other to live our lives in hope and in peace...

and being creative lets us share a piece of ourselves that we have a hard time expressing in words...

so, just do it...

let your happy flow...
