The latest...

I called and talked to my dad late this afternoon and all the tests that they ran showed nothing in the heart. The kidney doctor said that his kidney function is at 20%, which isn't good. He told him he would be on dialysis in about 5 months. My dad said no he wouldn't. If everything goes ok tonight, they will release him tomorrow and he is ready to go home and rest.

which he really enjoyed...he is a little bit spoiled...

Today is Tiffany's birthday- she turns 23...oh to be that age again...

No news on dad through the night...and no news is good news...more later and have a great day...

Update...

Dad had all the tests today and they didn't find anything wrong. Not the heart and no blood clot. They did find that he was anemic again and are giving him 2 units of blood tonight. The kidney doctor said he had dropped in kidney function from 28% that he had been holding to 20% now. If they insert the dye to check the heart, veins and valves- it will destroy the remaining kidney function and he would have to do dialysis the rest of his life.

They are going to do a sleep apnea study.
