more weeds...

Bebe and Daphne, holding down the deck...

the boys have changed her name...

it was Bleubell...

then Princess Bleubell...

now, hopefully for the last time...

bad night last night...

I swear I will not eat another tomato...

for awhile...

been over doing...

pinched nerve thingy, too...

puking until 4am...

on the upswing now, but the front bedroom is going to wait...

it was a great morning, even though it was humid...

everyone just laid around on the deck...

spent a lot of time outside today...

got 2 super hot days coming...

heading back into the front bedroom...

the chaos room...

hope we make it back out by supper...

flooding again in Kentucky...

wish they could send some of that rain back up here...

wells are dry...

trees are stressing bad now...

its official...

the USDA has declared 98 of 102 counties in Illinois a disaster due to drought...

farmers can now officially file claims for crop loss and can use other areas for emergency grazing for cattle and livestock...

they have been plowing fields south of here already...

the price of food and gas just went up...

yard buddies...

after supper last night, we headed for the deck, but it was too hot...

so we ventured out into the yard...

its been 6 weeks now since it was mowed...

Craig and Mr Wiggles...

Bebe...

Daphne joining in...

all gathered to wait...

to see if these would turn dark for us...

but they clouds went through and the sun came back out...

and not a drop again...

there's another chance this weekend...

come on fall!

have hose, will water...

dark clouds went over all yesterday morning...

but didn't drop a thing on us...

so we had to water again...

picked tomatoes...

cleaned the bird bath...

and wait on the next chance...
