I hate snot...

what I had last week is gone...

what Craig had last week...

has found me...

I spent most of yesterday under the influence of cold meds...

in bed...

and will probably be there much of today, too...

but, DH got me out for a ride yesterday at noon...

and I got some great shots out of the ride...

the creeks and streams are swollen, but not over flowing...

we saw a few places where the water had been over the roads...

from to big melt last week...

and we didn't get that much rain, about an inch...

so it could handle that...

no, the ground is still soggy...

and not to be driven on...

so don't get off of the roads or you will bury to the axles...

I got enough photos for the whole week...

and DH promised that when the weather is better...

and we get over this snot production we have going on...

he will take me on further road trips...

they say we are going to see 75 today...

so need to get the deck cleaned off so I can sit out there...

its about time for Missy to go to her home and Hopper will be leaving soon, too, for his new home with my oldest son...

didn't get a thing done on Sunday...

so have to try to just get through the week without this place turning into a disaster  zone...

running a little late today with the blog post...

we worked inside this morning once we got moving...

we bought 2 area rugs for the kitchen last weekend...

and they have hung out in the living room all week long...

the babies have been having quite a time playing on them, though...

but we finally got the computer desk and all the stuff moved out, cleaned up...

rug down and all put back in time to do lunch and a nap...

we got out for a bit, too, but it was in the 50s and breezy...

our new outside light- we have 2 of these up and 1 more to go...

we did find flowers under the leaves, so the next couple of weekends...

we need to rake all the stuff off and get ready for the growing season...

hopefully, when its a bit dryer...

we went to a buffet fund raiser in the next town over for supper...

I got up from my nap with a sinus headache, so we just got them to go and it was really good...

Craig heads back to work tomorrow and DH is coughing his head off, so will probably be a down day...

I really hope we can head out of town, even just for lunch, but he needs to rest more if he's still this bad...

not as warm as yesterday, but I'll take it...

got some play time in yesterday...

not sure how or when I will sell these, but making them anyway...

just need to find the right niche...

and some buyers...

those who like this sort of thing...

and I snack sometimes while I play...

puffed corn, tastes just like the real deal...

without the hulls...

and the birds are arriving daily...

oriole...

first time this spring...

and the cardinals...

the males, that is...

are fighting for mating rights...

its that time when they pair off...

and dive and swoop and show off for the girls...

typical males...

I sure felt better yesterday than I have in a long time...

still got snot...

and still cough...

just not as much and not as tired as I have been...

its going to be a rainy day...

so won't do a walk, probably...

Charlie is liking the outside again...

and checking out the neighborhood...

Craig made it through the week...

but Doug is starting it now...

not sure if DH has to work tomorrow or not...

they said last week they would and then today...

well, maybe and we'll let you know tomorrow...

so who knows...

plans are flexible around here...

so we will go with whatever happens...

so have good days and good weekends...

I don't have much time Friday- Sunday to be on here or blog hop...

I'm doing good to post and hop back off...

I will be around on Monday to check up on you, if not before then...

the official high was 68!

we had some awful fog through the night last night...

and a bit cool in the morning...

but I faced the cold and fed the birds as the sun was coming up...

I know...

I am so brave...

I was going pretty good...

getting things done so early in the morning...

but just lugging the bird seed out here and doing this done me in...

for most of the day...

our new feeder we picked up last weekend...

for the bigger birds...

Craig left for work so sick yesterday morning...

I figured he would be home before noon...

but he stuck it out and hung in there until 7 last night...

he said he started feeling better in the afternoon...

so the cats and I hung out in here...

surfing the web...

watching property brothers...

they had a marathon going on...

until the cable started tiling...

and I gave it up...

I finally took some cold medicine and went to bed...

got up with a sinus head ache again...

got some ibuprofen down at supper time...

and then I felt so much better again...

I did get a walk in and swept the deck off in a tank top...

without goosebumps...

it was a great spring day...

I have waited so long for this...

and I know you have, too...

oh, and did you see? 

the snow is all gone...

except for the big piles they made around town with the plow...

and that's a good thing!

another hump day and we could see 60 by this afternoon...

got another card done yesterday...

getting ready for the easter rush...

I put this one online to sell yesterday afternoon...

and this one, too...

we shall see...

I just might have to get my esty up and going...

but each day is getting better...

can't say the same for Craig...

he sounds terrible...
