we don't have a lot of fall going on here just yet...

drought conditions and warmer weather than normal...

just isn't turning the leaves, but they are falling slowly...

and all brown...

no fall colors...

puttering around in the house...

cleaning, organizing...

purging old things that have been replaced...

it's a wonderfully sunny day in the mid 70's...

perfect weather for me...

getting some things done this morning and about to do lunch and a nap...

fall is a wonderful time...

a time to catch your breath...

between summer and winter...

and its always a good time to be thankful for all that God has given you...

fibro fridays...

the only way I can manage the fibro and arthritis is with God's grace...

He sees me through the hardest of days...

the longest nights...

and gives me strength to endure it all...

and He blesses me with good days...

peace in the storms...

and joy in my heart...

I cannot make it any other way...

hold onto your faith...

hold onto His hand...

let Him guide you when you cannot see the path...

and let others know how good it is to follow Him...

nail a board over it...

 

I used to talk about doors all the time...

praising Him in the hallway until another one opens...

of letting go of the doorknob of the door God just closed...

He did it for a reason...

to save you...

to give you more...

you just don't always know why until you open the other door...

but there is a rule of not having two doors open at one time...

just nail a board over it so you can move on to what God has waiting for you!
