Cole slaw the way my mama made it...

shred the cabbage...
mayonnaise and sugar...
1 to 1 ratio...
a little milk to make it creamy...
if the cabbage has a lot of moisture, I skip the milk...
after shredding the water in the cabbage will seep out over time...
mix it up and chill a few hours before serving...
so the sugar dissolves and isn't gritty...
