lunch, sunspot and shadows...

my lunch today...

that's toasted turkey sandwiches on sliced french bread...

one of 2 bread sources that I can eat...

mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts...

big yum there...

and then this afternoon...

ta-da...

a sunspot...

and shadows happened...

fun shadows...

wished I had more south facing windows...

I love the light coming it...

but it only reaches the kitchen from the living room window when the sun is setting...

and it last only briefly...

very briefly...

time to find someone with a chain saw and cut me a window or two...

do you think DH would go for that???

nah...

I will have to have it done while he's at work...

fibro day and sore...

took it easy...

will hit it again tomorrow...

keep praying for our country...

my heart just aches the more I read and the more I hear...

we are in such need of God's hand...

now, more than ever...

my honey loves me...

I worked on this last night...

notice anything different?

there are more little candy candles...

DH picked me up the LAST TWO boxes of them Saturday while he was in town...

I didn't see the heart ones before...

so, if you are heading out to grab some of them up...

TOO LATE!

and this little snowman was a very special gift from my bestie awhile back...

and I love it...

little angel wings, snowballs and pointed toes...

what's not to love?

have you ever had snicker doodle cupcakes???

they have them at walmart and I highly recommend them...

they are almost gone already...

the sun has been shining but its so cold out there!

so here I sit with the heat on and a cupcake in hand...

that's how I deal with winter...
