found a few PINK halloween costumes online...
isn't this just too cute?
or how about this one?
or this one?
I had boys, so I didn't get to shop for anything like this when they were growing up...
this is what I got to wear when I was a kid...
they sure have come a long way, haven't they?
I made my kids' costumes...
sat them up on the stools at Walmart every year so they could go through the pattern books and pick out what they wanted...
they never once picked out anything PINK...
still have roses blooming...
love my knock out roses...
pretty PINK...
now, you know you must get smashed...
just like a pumpkin...
so go out there and stick those booo-bies in the vice...
they will fluff back up...
in a day or so...
breast exams every month...
you know what to do...
also check your arm pits...
and milk yourself...
something they don't always tell you until you have to see a boob cancer doctor...
you lactate all the time...
just in smaller amounts...
so it's ok if the discharge is milky or clear...
or green...
really...
it's hormonal if it's green...
I freaked out at green...
checked with 3 different doctors...
they all said the same thing...
what you are looking for is blood...
any bloody discharge means you pick up the phone and make an appointment right away...
what do you do if you find a lump?
chill out...
not all lumps are the C word...
I have 2 fibroid tumors in my left breast...
they won't take them out...
they say they are not cancer...
so they just left them in there...
it could also be that you have clogged ducts in the milk gland...
you know, the ducts that remove what you lactate monthly...
sometimes you need a roto rooter man to go in there and unclog things...
or to just remove the milk gland...
it's not cancer...
so there are good lumps...
just don't freak out...
call you doctor and get in...
have it all checked to make sure...
and don't freak until it's time to freak...
and then, chill out...
my step mom and 2 of my cousin in laws have kicked this...
they all had the breast reconstruction surgery after and have been cancer free for many years...
check yourself...
and not just once a month...
do it every week...
know what your breasts feel like...
so if something does pop up...
you will know right away...
be wise...
be safe...
stay in the PINK!
