I have one day lily blooming today...
and DH saw this at Rural King yesterday...
so since today is his birthday...
we brought it home...
and the corn progress report...
it's getting there...
the old saying was "knee high by the fourth of July"...
but with bigger and better equipment...
it's usually head high by the fourth of July...
but not going to make that this year...
still, it's getting there...
and the yard got some rain last night and it's still green...
one of my favorite places in the morning...
we worked on the tomatoes by the shed this morning...
clothes line woven through the rack hold them up...
pepper in between...
this area got weeded as we went...
and then it was time to feed again...
DH loves this one...
she is something else...
her name is Kamie...
and Kamie again with Katie behind her...
Katie is still waiting on her right eye to open all the way...
and here they all are...
Kirbie, Katie and Kamie...
the "k" bunch...
Kamie...
Katie...
Kamie and Katie climbing me...
Kamie likes to be the center of attention and she is fast...
Katie, Kirbie and Kamie...
Kamie again...
stalking me...
hungry!
Katie ready for a nap...
belly full, played hard...
too much for a baby this small...
and DH...
our birthday boy...
and now, it's nap time...
big breakfast...
work...
and a big lunch...
=
nap time for us old farts...
yeah, he turned 56 today...
