when we got out for our drive...
I love cat tails...
yesterday was a totally different day...
rain and dreary...
a perfect day to do some Christmas shopping...
after we voted, my boy and me headed to town...
we had enough donations to shop for the high school kids' gift bags...
and we got what we needed and headed home...
a quick stop at the deli on the way...
I got a fast trip into the goodwill while we were in town, too...
its a fun place...

gift bag for a girl...
we get personal hygiene items for them and then something fun...
and candy...
basic need items cannot be bought with food stamps...

so, today was a home alone day and I did nothing but nap and cook...
got a pork roast in the oven with potatoes and carrots...
just waiting for the guys to get home...
Craig worked 11-7 today, so should be heading this way...
DH will be here by 8...
we had sun today but cooler than I would like...
didn't matter, though....
I only stuck my head out once...
that was enough...
I have much to do, just no gumption to do it...
I felt so lazy today...
I hope it passes soon!
