but thought I would post an update...
I just lost today...
spent it sleeping...
or in the bathroom...
I have ate some...
1 spoon of yogurt...
1/2 of a scrambled egg...
2 spoons of mashed potatoes...
1/2 of a piece of turkey lunchmeat...
finally started settling down...
so I got a pudding in there awhile ago and a cup of milk...
I did get an ensure down earlier today...
not too bad...
kept my knees from getting wobbly...
still got a low grade fever- 101 or so...
just enough to make me achy...
DH thinks it's not just my IBS this time...
we had to do a deli tray tonight for him to take to work tomorrow...
so I had to tell the guys how to do it...
it came out ok...
then he had to wrap his present for work...
I couldn't just sit here and let that happen...
he is totally clueless about such things...
Craig is even worse...
so I did do that...
got a few more to wrap...
maybe...
might just bag 'em...
it's gotta be better tomorrow...
better today than on Christmas eve...
doing it simple...
the guys want steak and baked potaotes...
no fuss...
no mess...
no leftovers...
but that's ok..
I just hope they don't come down with anything this year...
last year DH was the sickest he has ever been on Christmas eve...
caught it at the hospital when his dad had his stroke...
I hope you all stay germ free...
at least until after Christmas!
it's no fun being sick on your days off!
not to mention...
I went a whole day without fudge or hershey kisses...
now where's the fun in that?
