my collection this month is...

BUTTONS!

I used to buy jars of these and resell them...

of course I went through them first...

and I found the ones that made me smile...

I kept the odd ones...

the pretty ones...

notice the brown one on the bottom row here?..

the two holes are at the very edge of the button...

was it on purpose?...

or miss stamped?...

it's a very small collection...

but I was very picky about the ones I kept...

I thought about getting a canvas and sewing them on it...

to hang...

maybe someday...

AND I FINALLY HAD A CARPENTER GUY PUT THE SLATS IN FOR ME...

THE FIRST ONE HAS A WONDERFUL GREEN COLORING TO IT...

AND THIS ONE HAS LION HEADS AND STARS...

I'M A LEO...

AND I LOVE STARS...

I LOVE THE WAY THE RAIN MAKES ALL THE COLORS DEEPER...

REMEMBER HOW NICE AND RAKED THIS LOOKED YESTERDAY?

THERE IS STILL A FEW MORE TO FALL...

CRAIG WALKING THE DOG...

I WENT OUT THIS MORNING...

WITHOUT THE CHAIR...

AND TOOK PHOTOS...

AND I WAS SORE...

BUT I DID OK...

BEBE & MOSES...

DOUG TOOK THE BLOWER TO THIS YESTERDAY AFTERNOON AND IS LOOKED SO NICE LAST NIGHT...

BUT I DON'T MIND THE LEAVES...

FOR IT WON'T BE LONG UNTIL THEY ARE TRADED IN FOR SNOW AND ICE...
