a slack off kind of day...

yeah, its that kind of a day...
but it is so warm out- in the 50s...
new bassinet that I bought off of Rebecca...
for the babies to sleep in...
dianthus has blooms on them!
can you believe that?
I have never seen it this early...
this bush never did lose all its leaves...
grape hyacynths...
iris...
Bebe is feeling so much better!
he was romping and wanted me to play with him...
this is the White House Cafe...
it is an original building to the square...
it once housed our lady photographer...
back in the day...
they are hosting a spaghetti supper tonight...
to raise money for new playground equipment for our grade school...
Craig is going with his friends...
the south side of the square...
waiting for Craig to get the mail...
and a box came...
part of Doug's easter clothes is in there...
then a drive through the cemetery...
I had concrete angels on my mind today...
and I know where to find them...
a little girl who died at 5...
this was placed in 1910...
she is missing her nose and one hand...
the carving on this one makes me smile...
the skill it took to make this just blows me away...
and this is the Rutherford section of the cemetery...
Dr Hiram Rutherford was our first educated doctor...
knew Lincoln...
housed children of color...
he was an abolitionist...
and just look at the stones!
someone has cleaned them!
they were turning black...
I had no idea that they would have ever been this bright before...

its windy out, but its so nice and warm...
been for a walk and thinking of doing another...
with ear muffs, of course...
the ground is very squishy...
so we will have to stick to the road for now...
DH should be home anytime...
so better get a move on...

have a great evening!
