hazy...

it's another one of those mornings...

the kind of days when you can see the air...

clinging kind of air...

smothering kind of air...

morning glories are clingers, too...

and they enjoy the smothering as they themselves seek to smother...

and they thrive in the mornings...

but only for awhile...

the dew point is as high as the temperature...

it's a wet heat...

we still have the heat warnings...

it was 108 with the heat index yesterday...

just a few more days and then we should get some relief...

back down in the 80s...

we tried to walk last night late...

around 9:30 pm...

the bugs were so intense, we gave it up...

tonight is supposed to start the meteor showers...

hopefully, we will be out there...

watching...

in the loungers...

if the haze doesn't hide the view...

big day planned inside...

shampooing carpets...
