critters...

Tilly...
so full of spunk...
can swat and hiss one minute...
and just curl up and cuddle the next...
will do good in a home with kids...
she can hold her own...
they are almost ready to go...
they will go up for adoption this weekend...
Thumper...
a big cuddler...
and Tori who is trying so hard to grow whiskers...
is so much smaller than the other 2...
and will be staying here...
she's a mama's girl...

my bestie, Rebecca, had to put her dog Buddy down today...
he had cancer...
and it is so hard to have to go through that...
so we talked awhile on the phone this afternoon...
keep her in your prayers...

Tete, The kittens are adorable and you captured their personalities in your beautiful photos. I am sorry for Rebecca. I've been there and I know how difficult it is...the last time, I cried for more than a year, and I still think about her every day...it's been over 3 years. Prayers and hugs to Rebecca.

Oh Mama Tete- You did such a good job raising those babies to this level. Remember how little and helpless they were? You're an amazing caregiver.

I am keeping Rebecca in my prayers. I understand the pain she is going through. It is never easy to lose a pet even when you are expecting it to happen. xo Diana

Poor Rebecca, losing Buddy and Miss Kitty this year. I hate it, I love my pets so much it breaks my heart to have to see them go.

The kittens are so cute!

Rebecca is in my prayers, I had to do that same thing exactly 6 years ago, it was the day Katrina hit. I still remember how hard I cried, and still miss him.

Those kittens are adorable. You are going to enjoy that little cuddle bug.

they are so precious. My old cat is 21 now and hanging in there like crazy. She has mellowed in her old age. She didn't used to be cuddly as a young cat but she loves to snuggle next to me now as we watch TV together in the evening. I am so sorry about your friend's pet. That is one of the hardest things in the world to have to do. Been there and done that. Cried for days. Tell her she has lots of thoughts from blogland. xoxo

The kittens are just precious. I get my feathers bristled when folks say cats have no personalities. They obviously haven't spent any time with a feline! They all have their very own ways and wonders!

Oh, the pain of having to put a loved fur baby family member to sleep. It's just awful. I cried so hard the day I had to be with my dear cat Buffy when we had to have that done 8 years ago. I knew it was the kindest thing we could do for him, but it just hurt..and still does. I know your BFF is sad....and nothing takes that pain away but time....and the comforting presence/words from those who love her..like you! dana
