roses, iris, spider wart...

the rain consisted of 12 minutes of sprinkles this morning...
which I listened to on the deck...

and when that was done...
we started sweeping up the cotton wood stuffing...

and then I played around...
the pale pink roses are blooming...

and the spider wart opened up this morning...

and my vintage iris...

if you want lots of flowers...
divide and divide and do it often...

over the years...

it pays off...

and mix your beds up...

we are going to start watering tomorrow...

I was counting on some rain out of that forecast...

but it passed us by...

there is a big list for this weekend...

warm and no rain for both days...

the guys are going to be sore when I get done with them...

washed a few things down, too, while we were at it this morning...

its always a work in progress...

dead heading the tulips is on that list...

and taco pizza tonight for supper...
DH's version...

and mine...
yum...
I am going to pay for that sour cream, cheese and tomatoes...
but it was worth it...

praying for so many tonight...
the tornadoes in Texas last night were so bad...
so much gone...
and so many...
praying our government gets with the program and starts doing something right soon...
praying for families close here that have lost someone this week...

have a great day tomorrow...
;)

Yum! Your Taco Pizza looks great! Lovely flowers, too! We have a chance of rain in our forecast for the week-end. Have a good Friday!

Your garden is so pretty. Love the iris. Hope you get some rain. We need it too.
