our evenings go something like this...

you might be wondering where I have been...
well, here's your answer...

got an emergency call on Tuesday and here they came...

4 little ones who lost their mama...

and they are adorable...

and doing pretty good...

but they don't sit still unless they are sleeping...

and the other 3 are growing...

and are almost ready to leave here...

keeping them a little longer than normal...

now that's a face...

we are very popular with the neighbor kids...
our yard is the place to be...

had a migraine on Wednesday...
and a major hangover today...
just don't do good on taking meds at all...

not sure what is going to happen the rest of the week...
besides bottles and babies...
we are having wonderful days...
warming up next week a bit, though...

beginning to think fall was setting in...
and if sure looks and feels like it...
already thinking fall decor...
how about you?

Gracious... How many more orphans can you deal with???

Sorry you were... feeling icky.

Hope that has passed...

Yes, Autumn is knocking on the door. Oh yes!

So... What do we do about that? -sigh- Not a thing. Enjoy today, as always.

Tete, I have been thinking of you. I knew your new kittens would keep you busy. Charlie seems a good sitter with them. LOL. Hope you stay well and enjoy this weekend. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

They are just adorable, Tete! I see a few calicos in the litter, how cute. So sad about their mama. Looks like they don't mind dogs:) Bless your heart for giving them a happy home til they make it to their forever homes!!

Glad all are doing well, and some are about ready to move back to their home.
Sorry about the headache, and not being around to blogs as much.

Such sweet little faces. Those children will look back years from now and remember the fun of going to our house.
Summer is coming this week, highs in the 90's!
