it calms the soul...

it can take you to a happy place...

and we should be less critical of ourselves and others...

we need to encourage each other to live our lives in hope and in peace...

and being creative lets us share a piece of ourselves that we have a hard time expressing in words...

so, just do it...

I loved painting snowman when I did crafts...

they are so cute...

Craig came home from work a bit ago burning up...

something going around...

we had 60 degree days for Christmas...

its starting to get colder now...

could get rain/snow mix later...

nothing to make snowmen with...

and that's ok with me...

I can play with them here...

Craig had to work today, so we planned around his schedule...

DH finished all his cardio physical therapy...

saw a few doctors, who all gave the go ahead for his shoulder surgery in February...

His bloodwork came back fantastic!

It was a major difference from pre-stent surgery and he has been losing weight, too...

looks and feels so much better...
