Stever is having elbow and wrist surgery- I had the elbow surgery about 8 years ago- they wanted to both elbows and both wrists- they got one - ha - and I never went back. So... I know what he's in for-
LOL.
I was in a sling for 8 weeks and they told him at work yesterday he would be back in 2- silly, silly men. I just can't see him doing office work when he won't be able to wipe his own butt...
His first
drs appointment after surgery is already scheduled and its not for 2 weeks after. I suppose they plan on leaving the stitches in that long. Gross.
I will post after pics as soon as he gets home. He has never had surgery before ever, so this ought to be good.
The weather here is like a yo-yo and yesterday it sleeted and this weekend in the 80's.
My head is stopped up- coughing- and Ruth , too. Some kid stuffed a dandle lion up her nose at school Friday and she's been snotting ever since. He's in junior high and has a crush.
Craig's only got like 2 weeks of school left and then he's out for the summer. Can't wait.
Ruth's graduation announcements came in yesterday and they look nice.

THIS IS THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE YARD NOW- FULL OF WEEDS AND VERY LITTLE GRASS LEFT AFTER THE FLOOD CAME LAST YEAR- I GUESS THE WATER WASHED IN THE SEEDS FROM ALL THE FIELDS.
THIS IS HOW IT USED TO LOOK- WITH GRASS- SO THE GOAL THIS YEAR IS TO WORK ON THIS AREA BEFORE THE WEEDS SPREAD ANY FURTHER. I DO NOT LIKE USING CHEMICALS ANYWHERE AT ALL- I KNOW IT WOULD BE A QUICK FIX- BUT I JUST DONT LIKE THEM.
