this last week, I have been working on a few things...

I had a whole bottle of modge podge...

and I hated the way the front of my little white drawers looked...

so I found some pretty backgrounds...

printed them off...

cut them in strips of various sizes...

grabbed a paint brush...

and started in...

I did the drawer fronts...

and several shoe boxes...

and even though there are more to cover...

I got some of them done...

so here are the backgrounds that I used...

you can print them off...

I used 5x7 sizes and they were clear...

I also used these same backgrounds cut in narrow strips...

to cover the Easter eggs...

fish dinners from the White House Cafe tonight...

it was really good...

and now the guys are both on their laptops in the living room with the tv blaring...

I'm about to go nuts...

but I know where they are...

and they are not out getting into trouble...

so, I might just head for bed a little early tonight...

sweet dreams...

thought for the day...

cleaning and purging today...

until the giant trash can is full...

have a great day...

evening play time...

just got started on these...

many steps to go...

but want several for the Easter tree...

since orange is my least favorite color...

I am covering all of those...

may make a few for a basket on the table...

anyway, that's what's happening here...

a painted egg and a cast iron bunny...

did you notice that I picked out a lot of white things????

some of you must be rubbing off on me...

I'm not naming any names...

what I picked out could go in with a beachy theme...

well, I guess that's what I get when I hang out with ladies who have to dig the sand out of their underwear...

well, girlies...

I think I earned a nap today...

the wind is so strong, it makes me sleepy...

its in the 60s...

outside without a coat but had me ear muffs on...

and the wind blew them off!

so back in I came...

but it did make me sleepy...

like being out on the water in a boat...
