The sun came out...

bedtime last night...
but today its very chilly with a good breeze...but its sunny

the nuts have been falling and the last 2 days the squirrels have been very busy digging in my yard and flower beds to hide them...

the corn is turning but still some green showing...

the leaves are starting to turn...it was 37 here last night...that should move things along now...

another rainy day...

it be raining...still...and there's more to come...
the mower guy came last yesterday afternoon and got done right before supper...thankfully...

but I'm not getting off of the porch today...

so these photos will have to do...

you can see the raindrops on the mat...

but I had enough of those cold raindrops hitting the back of my neck...

so I finished up inside...

and some of you thought I was pushing Halloween...already starting on Christmas...they say we are going to get snow flurries on Monday and Tuesday...

Craig's got tomorrow off and boy, do I have a day planned for him!

Its raining...

Stay dry and have a fun inside day...

Find the oars and man the lifeboats...

the weather service has kindly issued a flash flood watch for tomorrow already...
we might get by with only 2-4 inches ...

but south of here, its another story...

and so it will be a little bit longer before the farmers can get in the fields...

which will make the mold worse...

but the rainfall will put the color into fall...and on a drive last night...its already begun in a few places...

maybe by the weekend there will be more and it will start in out yard...
