Woke up this morning and nothing else had fallen apart...so we are off to a good start.
I have been working on the thank you cards...Steve is on his way to his dad's to pick up his paper work...grab the death certificates at the funeral home...stop at County Market to replace the frozen items...take a death certificate to the cell phone place so we don't have to pay a penalty for getting out of Harold's contract early...then a food run and he will be back home.
Craig's already left for classes at Eastern...he has to leave early to get a parking place.
I found the book above on ebay...I love the graphics...
My friend fixed my computer but had to wipe everything out of it to do it...so we are trying to get everything downloaded again...can't find the disc for my camera yet...so no pictures until I can do that...went into Canon for the download and they don't have it on their site...so hopefully we can find it this weekend sometime...
Kyle and his wife are expecting a new baby the 12th of August...my cousin's birthday...but if she waits 5 more days...it will be on mine...they think its a boy but won't know for a few more weeks yet...Craig and I were just speculating at Christmas when the next one would be coming along...now we know...
Their second anniversary is coming up next month...sure doesn't seem like it was that long ago when Kyle was wanting to find someone and start his family...
Have a good day!

I guess Steve and I just bought us an early valentine present...a new fridge...and a new disposal...called the man in Charleston this morning and he delivered, set it up, hooked it up and installed the disposal in no time at all.
Doug and Tiff left after lunch then for home. They were gone about half and hour and I thought...I didn't get any pictures at all this time.
The pc was down...got it back last night...still have so much to put back on here...lost all that...but Andy saved my documents and my pictures!
After I ate lunch, I just crashed...I'm so tired. Had to start in as soon as we got up...and now there is peace and quiet...Craig started back to classes today...all the kids gone and its such a gray, rainy day...I have been fighting off a nap...
Have a good day!

Good morning!

Very first thing going on this morning is that everything in the freezer is thawed! So...we need to call the repairman in Charleston as soon as he opens...but I bet we will be buying a new fridge by this afternoon.
We will lose all the food in the freezer and all the food from the funeral...which is such a waste...but can't be helped...at least it waited until Harold was gone...
It would have been hard to deal with when we were doing his meals...
So, I guess that sets the tone for the day...what a way to jump right back into "life" for Steve...welcome back to "normal" !

The funeral went well...when a minister dies...it is so hard on the ministers that have to do the funeral...but they did a wonderful job...and its especially hard when those ministers have known each other for so long...raised their families together...and its hard on their children too...they share a bond...because they are family...this side and the other...

It is finished...
