why nothing got done today...

but not before a trip on the couch...

to cover needs to be taken off and redone...

this is out the kitchen window this morning...

so when Craig got up...

I handed him the camera and sent him out...

it was a very heavy, wet snow...

the maples are all budding here...

the snow stuck to most everything...

but with the sun shining and the warm temp...

it melted throughout the day...

and we quickly went from this...

beautiful winter wonderland...

with snow covered daffodils...

which have little buds on them...

to this...

as the evening sun was sinking fast...

DH and I made a deli run tonight after supper...

Doug got his teeth cleaned today and then has to wait until September to get again...

they are booked that far ahead...

and this was posted on facebook this morning...

DH is still depressed...

it will take some more time for him...

but he will move on, in his own time and way...

Tory took Doofus' place on his lap this morning...

and played with his boot strings...

Tory just might be his next little buddy...

who knows?

Craig just reported that the baby they had found in the field after the tornadoes has died...

prayers for all of those picking up the pieces of their lives...

and those who are burying their family, friends and neighbors...

special prayers for the ones left behind in Ohio...

and the tortured soul who caused the chaos...

may he find forgiveness in the blood of Christ...
