making progress...

its a boy!

and adopted...

by the same family that wants the calico...

he's the one that started hissing at me...

good thing mama was good with them and nursing them...

with our colds, Craig and I didn't not touch them for a week or so...

this little girl is so precious...

she started cleaning herself last night while I rocked her...

Lotus doing lunch...

they spent the afternoon in the chair with their mama...

then we put them back in the kennel...

mama bombed our little photo shoot, so we gave up...

these were the only decent shots that we got...

the week has been one of healing...

cleaning...

(we got a little behind here)

and praying...

I have had 2 sistahs in need this week...

and the other one can always us an extra word in there, too...

prayers were answered with one and still working on the other one...

our snow finally melted yesterday and they are calling for 60s today...

I am thinking of being outside today and doing the running tomorrow...

back in the 40s tomorrow and after that...

high 40s...

good enough to shop on...

in and out of stores isn't so bad...

got the deck cleaned off a bit yesterday...

and sat out there for awhile...

even  got a walk in with DH after work...

have a great weekend...

now, where did I put my flip flops?

here comes spring...

while this is what we had this weekend here...

and roads were really bad, we were told to stay home...

if you didn't have to get out...

so, I had fun with these girls...

all girl babies this time...

eyes are open and they are starting to wander around...

this one has her forever home waiting on her...

and hoping another one, too...

they wanted a boy...

but maybe they will take 2 girls...

Charlie is a good babysitter...

;0)

he keeps an eye on them...

I had a wonderful day Saturday...

felt really good...

but yesterday was terrible...

everything was flaring at the same time and the pain levels were high...

finally figured a couple of things out mid evening...

I was dehydrated...

which made the fibro worse...

or the fibro made that worse...

started chugging fluids...

and the more I drank, the less I hurt...

grabbed a banana...

and the spasms were gone in a couple of hours...

by bedtime, I was ready to go!

Craig and I are still making snot...

just not as much...

and still coughing...

but not as much...

so hoping by the time the 60s hit here later this week...

(remember the title of the post...)

I am up and moving...

OUTSIDE!

I got that twin iron bed for the deck, so had to get my own chocolate...

(Craig worked yesterday, so hit the clearance stuff on his way out last night...)

golly gee...

its been a week since my last post...

I have been in a Nyquil coma for about the last week...

it seems that whatever Craig has, I have, too...

just a head and chest cold thingy bug...

without the Nyquil, I cough, sneeze and blow my nose constantly...

with it...

well, pretty much sleep the time away...

when I am up, I cannot function...

but its more comfortable...

and we have gotten some snow and colder days, too...

my guy has taken me for a ride a couple of times after work to get me out of the house...

10-15 minutes is enough for me...

and the van is already warmed up and ready to go...

so I am not getting chilled getting out...

everything here has been about the same...

the babies are opening their eyes now...

I do need prayers for a friend who might have had a stroke this morning...

her name is Carol and such a sweet, wonderful person...

they transferred her to another hospital and they have started their tests to see what's going on...

she is a bit older, so it could be anything...

healthy as can be up until now...

the road not taken...

from our ride on Sunday...

I am having a couple of not so good days here...

the weather is bouncing around so much, my body can't keep up...

can you believe that this was our first time down this country road?

we are going to start taking more roads like this in the spring...

roads full of wonderful beauty...

working away here on my physical therapy...

gotta be ready when the real spring shows up...

Craig is a bit better...

but has days to go with this...

I have been up most of the night with  my shoulder and arm...

got it down to a dull roar and have eaten breakfast...

so I am going to sneak back to be for awhile...

shhhh...

don't tell anyone...

baby photo shoot...

these were born yesterday afternoon...

when I was at my sickest...

and even with a few problems here and there...

everything is normal now and mama is doing a good job taking care of them...

they weren't very happy with the photo shoot...

and when they voiced their opinion of the whole thing...

and rather loudly, I might add...

mama got her panties in a wad...

and snatched them back...

she was not happy about it at all...

that's a first for me...

;-)

mama's are usually grateful for a mini break...

I need prayers for Craig...

he came home an hour early last night so sick...

he's been juiced, fed and pilled...

and now he's back in bed...

he caught this really nasty head cold thing going around at work...

they have been dropping like flies the last 10 days or so...

and now its his turn...

praying we don't end up with it, too...

he looks miserable...
