the guys are both sound asleep and all the furrbies...

got rain this weekend and bad storms tomorrow afternoon and evening...

we haven't had much of that all year...

weird having thunder in November...

will be inside and I told DH we didn't need to make a Paris run...

we are really stocked up here...

still...

a few things from the local grocery will do...

he has the whole weekend off...

dangerous, I know...

but I see the living room furniture moving around a bit...

Craig and I are still fighting this cold thingy thing we got...

but it can't last forever...

I am so done with hanging out here...

next year...

I am going to park my hiney on the square and hand out candy...

I don't care if its kids, adults or squirrels!

its either that or move to another street...

and unless I win the lottery...

we are still a little more green than we usually are this time of the year...

the yellow maples are just starting to turn...

looks more like mid September than the end of October...

not a lot going on around here...

I think we are in the last days of harvest and hubby should be returning to a more normal schedule sometime later this week...

a few of the trees have dropped their leaves, but not many...

we are not watering anymore...

which is a good thing...

we are getting spots of rain here and there...

enough to keep the green going...

I am sick...

sore throat, ear aches and all the snot that goes with that...

was doing much better, then all of once, yesterday morning...

I got to feeling really bad...

so healing up...

taking my cold meds...

and not doing a whole lot...

:)

love this weather...

cold, hot, cold, hot...

we need to mow again this weekend...

hopefully DH will be around to watch it all happen...

both guys were off yesterday...

someone forgot to renew his driver's license on his birthday (the 3rd)...

and needed a lift to the DMV in Paris...

he had to take the written test and he passed...

so he is legal again...

I stayed home...

(under the weather)

and they did the Kroger shopping and brought home lunch...

(for them)

for me...

mine will last another meal or two...

we are much cooler here...

the leaves are starting to turn, but many are falling off green...

a week from today and we will be in...

NOVEMBER!
