Dad update...

welp...
Paula called and he had a bad day...
BP very low...
I think he's dehydrated...
that's our conclusion anyway...
he was shaking so bad today but not a fever...
now...
they are sending him to see a shrink on Monday...
why?
because he says he is dying...
maybe they haven't read his chart...
I was thinking, how dumb...
then I grinned...
am still grinning...
dad's last testiment is going to be in writing...
his words are going to touch someone he doesn't even know...
they have been touching the ones who take care of him...
you see, my dad died many years ago when they were doing a routine heart test on him...
he ended up being allergic to the dye they use...
it's in his charts...
he was dead for 13 minutes...
he was in Christ's arms when He told him it wasn't his time and he would have to go back...
13 minutes he talked to Him and held Him...
and begged to stay...
dad saw his name in the Book of Life...
but Jesus covered the date so he wouldn't know when...
they sent preachers, priests and even rabbis in to see dad to tell them what he saw...
the only one to believe him was the rabbi...
just a crazy old man talking out of his head...
or an old time preacher getting ready to go?
that's just like my dad to shake up the non believers one last time...
that's my pop...

Your Dad is an instrument of God until his last moment on Earth, isn't he? How wonderful and to those that do believe he is a testament to that which most of us "know" is beyond this realm. Hugs- Diana
