Happy March!

March even looks better outside...
still cold out...
but the sun is shining today...
yucca...
2 yucca where one was planted 2 years ago...
we have no clue what it is or where it came from...
had to be squirrels or bunnies...
laying out right in the middle of no where...
we'll stick in the ground somewhere and see what happens...
iris...
cardinal...
they live in the bushes out front...
spent cone flowers...
all the seeds are gone now...

Craig is 100% recovered!...
can't get enough to eat today...
that's all he has done!

I'm doing ok...
spice cake was not my friend...

got bills paid and things ready for the booth...
inventory done...
found my safety pins...
hadn't used them in awhile so it was a small challenge...

the morning has gone by so fast...
so many blogs to visit...
don't have a clue for White Wednesday this week...
so just might not do one...
sometimes you just need a break, ya know?

hope everyone made it through the storms ok...
my cousin's daughter had a friend who lost his mom in flood waters in Ohio...
tried to drive through standing water and got flushed down stream...
they found her car and body this morning...
that family is sure needing some prayers...

found this song that is playing...
had not heard it before but I like it...

Hi Tete Sweetie...
So happy to hear that Craig is 100% recovered and you are on your way sweet friend. When it rains it pours some days doesn't it?

Love wandering Beyond The Garden Gate with you today. As always there are so many beautiful things to see. The yucca surprised me. How interesting they were hardy enough to survive the snow and cold. They look happy and have even multiplied. Imagine that.

I am home sick today. The grand daughter got pneumonia and I am trying to fight off the germs. I have coughed all night, been on my nebulizer for breathing treatments, and taking some powerful antibiotics and steroids. Let's hope it all does the trick.

Have a beautiful day sweet friend. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

Hi Tete- Nice to see some green activity in your landscape. The picture of what the squirrels or bunnies dug up looks like a tuberous bulb of some sort, perhaps a dahlia or begonia. I would put that clump under the soil soon so it doesn't dry out. Mark the spot so you can look at it periodically.. Glad that everyone is feeling better. :)

Leslie

Hi Tete- Well, I see YOU have a bit of green there. Not here! We are still snow covered and I drove 60 miles South to meet my daughter today to bring some of her stuff that she left behind....and the roads going down were snow-blown and slippery in places...but all clear on the way home. We are supposed to get more snow tonight- UGH!

I'm not sure what your bunnies or squirrels dug up but it does NOT look human to me (that's a GOOD thing;p>) xxoo Diana

We have a lot of areas of standing water in flood plain in NC that people try to drive through. I'm so sorry for that ladies family.

Looks like spring is heading your way.
