Whew- what a day...

and I am so glad it's almost over...
helped with supper tonight...
we had breakfast for a change...
scrambled eggs, hash browns, gravy, biscuits and sausage...
I have a thing for black pepper in my eggs, gravy and potatoes...
not real smart...
it also makes me sneeze...
did that about 3 times...
almost peed my pants...

Diana, it's not a bowl cut...
maybe a dome...
but not quite a bowl...
Doug just cut it straight across the back so it's shoulder length now...
long enough I can still get it up in a pony tail...
my hair is very thick and the weight pulls my neck out of place if it gets too long...
so over 2 inches came off today and it feels great!
it's bouncy again, though, I haven't tried it out except for when I sneezed...

the pain is down to a dull roar...
that I can handle...
not sure if I will be able to get out of bed in the morning...
but Craig is here if I need a push...

I love my heating pad...
bought it last fall from Walmart...
it has heat and massage both...
my first one like it and if you don't have one...
get one...
it shuts itself off in an  hour, so I can go to sleep with it on without waking up hours later burnt somewhere...
yeah, I have done that before...
I know your not supposed to...
what can I say?

I took such a long shower today...
what a great invention...
so many things to be thankful for that we take for granted...

the vertabra that was out today is the one that I ruptured about 12 years ago...
I don't usually have this much pain with it...
I have it back in for now...
hope it stays there or goes out the other way next time...
Craig took very good care of me today...
even though he snickered when I flinched in pain...
little bugger...

Miss Tete, I love your extras you put onto your blog. The rabbit's are cute. Some days it seems like we have to much to handle, but we make it somehow. I know all about pain. Working in the lawn and garden 12 years of my 13 years at wal-mart starts to take toll on your ole bod. (lol) All the heavy lifting catches up with you, and it has caught up with me in my lower back. So this is too you........ I pray that you have better days ahead and no more pain. Have a great day......

Hi Tete, I love breakfast for dinner.. :) Is the veggie soup on it's way to my house that I ordered the other day? I love my heating pad too. I really wanted an electric blanket but fireman husband won't allow it. I could lay all day on a heating pad.. :)
Hope you feel better today..

Hope you feel better soon. I have a rice bag that I heat up in the microwave for about a minute. It sure feels good like your heating pad. Take care.

Hi Tete,
Wow, sounds like you have been thru the wringer! Hope you are feeling better very, very soon! Nothing like a new haircut to put a little bounce in your step:) I have one of those rice bags, too, that Donnie mentioned. They are super easy to make, I even use it on our little Emily when she is chilly! Hope today is a better one for you!
