well, here is what we have been blessed with lately...
cicadas..
and lots of them...
they have creepy little red eyes...
and they are everywhere and so noisy...
but I think they are finally winding down...
they say they hatch out every 13 years...
and this is the lucky year...
but I have never seen these before ever...
or this many...
we usually have a few locusts every year...
the big green ones...
that are kind of cute...
it's worse in other places around here...
these little buggers and the gnats have been bugging us this year...
what's been bugging you?

Gross ~ Are they the bugs that make that high pitched noise? Nothing around here like that, usually just the Mosquitos (sp?) which I hate, but my place is up high, so I can usually sit out on my little space & not worry..... Off to finish working on the garage sale at my cousins, it is Tomorrow & Friday (suppose to rain tomorrow- but keeping my fingers crossed) talk soon.

Those are such ugly things, aren't they? I had never seen them either until our daughter went to school in Missouri! I could not believe how LOUD they were and how UGLY they were...worse than bad relatives! xo Diana
